Fitness Facility
Til Valhalla has a full fitness facility for use by our veterans and beneficiaries. There is a gymnasium with all the necessary cardio and strength training equipment. We have an indoor pool, complete with hyperbaric chamber, infra-red sauna and sensory deprevation tank.
Til Vahalla's fitness facility has a number of different areas. Our veterans can benefit greatly from using our fitness and wellness equipment, and our fitness initiatives can assist them in reaching their fitness objectives in a helpful and encouraging setting. Veterans can improve their general health, acquire strength and simply stay active with the help of the Til Valhalla Charity, all while improving their mental health and making new friends. Our health and relaxation equipment supports body and mind. We also provide the correct personnel with the right experience and knowledge to assist the veterans and their spouses in achieving both physical and mental health success.
