This is the final and most essential stage of gaining employment after all of the prior hard work to carve out the proper path, attend and pass all of the relevant and required training courses. Til Valhalla Charity assists our beneficiaries through this critical period by utilising our network of forces-friendly organisations and ensuring that the candidate is interview and employment ready.

There is still much work and preparation that the veteran must do, such as being clear about what they want, being organised, and actively job seeking; developing good relationships; undertaking work experience; having a good online presence; tailoring their CV; practising for an interview, and knowing how to follow up on any connections. Til valhalla will be with them to support every step of the way.
